Nominations for the 2011 AstronomyOutreach Hall of Fame
The AstronomyOutreach Hall of Fame recognizes notable individuals who have made a major lifetime contribution to astronomy outreach to the public. Recipients are chosen by a vote of the members of the AstronomyOutreach network and announced by the AstronomyOutreach Awards Committee. Each inductee is recognized on the AstronomyOutreach network website and they receive a certificate in honor of this recognition.
Selections for the 2011 AstronomyOutreach Hall of Fame will be announced in January 2012. Below are nominations for the 2011 AstronomyOutreach Hall of Fame:
